"I am an experienced management consultant with a rich background in the UK and international settings. I've lived in five countries and worked in three, balancing my professional life while raising children.

English native speaker, near fluent in Spanish and with basic skills in Arabic, Dutch (A2-B1), and Korean, I bring over 20 years of experience in consultancy, operations, and project management, including roles in government change and transformation projects.

I am passionate about progressing diversity, equity, and inclusion. I support organisations to leverage evidence-based strategies and cultural intelligence to foster fairness, inclusion, and productivity in the workplace and positive impact through your work.

With extensive skills in consultancy, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management, I am highly adaptable. I collaborate closely within my teams and client representatives to ensure project success, working with staff at all levels.

My personal experiences as a British middle-class White woman both within and outside the UK have driven my focus on DEI, cultural awareness, and the impact of difference. My international and expatriate experience means I can draw on my own as well as clients' experiences. As a mother of two school-age children, I also deeply understand the strains of trying to balance a fulfilling career and parenting."
